Nadine On…Transformation and Plans

Well New Year’s Resolutions are “On” baby. And this year is no exception. 2015 for me is going to be the year of Mental, Physical and Spiritual growth like none other.

As middle age breathes it’s acrid breath against the back of my neck, I’ve got big plans to change my health routine this coming year for the good. For good! So far, I’m on track and I’ve got a 21 Day Fix challenge group starting January 5th. Go me!

Plans to change my mental health as well, as I no longer am buying in to other people’s drama. So, don’t try to suck me in you little emotional vampires. I’m not there anymore. Keep scrolling. Keep scrolling.

And plans to change my religion. Mind you, I didn’t say spirituality. I still believe in God and his authority over the Universe and my life. But sometimes things get messy. And religion, that is man-made, gets in the way. Intentions get in the way. No harm, no foul. Again, keep scrolling.

It’s my journey. And I plan on taking it with gusto!

And hopefully with improvement in the arenas of mental, physical and spiritual health will bring me to the ultimate goal of this year…to get published!

Two scriptures I am taking with me to the end are:

Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.

And

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

There you have it. This year in a nutshell.

Transformationally yours,

Nadine Bodine

Your very BEST friend in the whole entire world
